An authorised trainer for SCA, BARISTA Module and AICAF, Vittorio has managed numerous bars and cafés. He has been a FABBRI 1905 Brand Ambassador since 2003 and is a Fabbri Master Class teacher for the international market.
His professional achievements include: authorised trainer for SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), BARISTA Module and AICAF (Accademia Italiana Maestri del Caffé).
After managing and owning coffee shops and bars, he now works with coffee roasters worldwide as a barista trainer and franchising project consultant.
He has been a FABBRI 1905 Brand Ambassador since 1905. He promotes high-quality drinks and holds lessons and training workshops all over the world.
