نکات مهم در مورد پخت برنج با ایران شف

1- براي اينكه برنج شما سفيد شود مي توانيد چند قاشق ماست، داخل ظرف برنج درحال جوشيدن بريزيد.
2- اگر برنج شما بيش از حد معمول جوش خورده بود. مي توانيد 2-3 قاشق غذا خوري آبليمو به آن اضافه كنيد تا برنج شما خراب نشود.
براي از بين بردن بوي سوختگي برنج:
1- يك تكه نان روي برنج قرار دهيد و موقع كشيدن، نان را برداريد.
2- يك عدد پياز را پوست كنده و در داخل برنج فرو كنيد پياز بوي سوختگي را بخود مي گيرد.
براي خوشمزه تر شدن شويد پلو:
براي اينكه شويد پلوي شما خوشمزه تر شود مي توانيد از ادويه مخصوص پلو كه سبزرنگ است و ( در عطاري ها موجود مي باشد) استفاده كنيد بعد از آبكش كردن برنج كمي ادويه لابه لاي برنج بپاشيد.
براي خوشمزه تر شدن شير برنج:
اگرميخواهيد شير برنج شما خوشمزه تر شود، برنج را با شير خيس كنيد. اين كار باعث مي شود كه شير برنج شما خوشمزه تر شود.
اگر برنج شما بي نمك شد:
اگربراثر فراموشي برنجتان بي نمك شد اصلاً نگران نباشيد، موقع كشيدن برنج مقدار مورد نياز نمك را با مقدار بسيار كمي آب و روغن مخلوط كنيد و روي برنج بريزيد. با اين كار بي نمكي برنج شما رفع مي شود هرگز نمك را مستقيم در روغن نريزيد، زيرا نمك در روغن حل نمي شود.
اگر برنج شما شور شد:
اگر قبل از آب كش كردن برنج متوجه شديد، كه برنج شما شور شده است موقع آب كش كردن برنج آب بيشتر روي برنج داخل آبكش بريزيد . اما اگر بعد از آب كش كردن برنج متوجه شوري آن شديد ديگرچاره اي براي برطرف كردن شوري آن نداريد. مگر اينكه خورش را بي نمك درست كنيد.
آب برنج براي بچه ها:
وقتي مي خواهيد برنج را آبكش كنيد يك ليوان از آب آن را برداريد و با يكي دو قاشق ماست مخلوط كنيد. اين آب برنج درصورتي كه شور نباشد براي بچه ها خيلي مفيد است.
از بين بردن بوي نامطبوع برنج:
اگر به هر دليلي برنج خشك شما بو گرفت برنج را روي يك سطح پهن كنيد. البته بايد حتماً در سايه باشد تا بوي نامطبوع برنج از بين برود. زيرا اگر برنج را جلوي نورآفتاب قرار دهيد باعث خرد شدن برنج مي شود و برنج حالت خود را از دست مي دهد و وقتي آن را داخل آب جوش مي ريزيد از هم پاشيده مي شود.
پخت برنج براي خانم هاي كارمند:
خانم هايي هستند كه بيرون ازخانه كار مي كنند و وقتي ظهر به خانه مي آيند، فرصت پختن برنج را ندارند، و يا اين كه دوست ندارند از شب قبل برنج آماده كنند. اينگونه افراد از اين روش مي توانند كمك بگيرند: صبح يا شب قبل برنج را آبكش كنند البته كمي آن را خشك بردارند، سپس ته ديگ برنج را آماده كرده و برنج را داخل قابلمه بريزند و قابلمه را داخل يخچال قرار دهند، ظهر برنج را كمي آب و روغن دهند و آن را دم كنند تا سالاد را آماده كنند برنج هم دم كشيده است.
